Lost our keys while visiting family and we were worried what to do when we got home, rang this locksmith and explained the situation and he made sure he was there ready when we arrived home, so that we weren't standing in the cold with the kids for too long. He had the door open for us in less than 10 minutes, amazing service!

Phoned Martin early evening on a Saturday. He answered the phone straight away and came down and sorted the problem an hour or so later. He thought it might need a part but managed to solve the problem without and so he charged me less than he'd thought it would be. He also re-aligned the door so it shuts better than when originally fitted! Great service, great price and a kind and helpful man. Perfect!!

Excellent service. Our new builds' french doors failed to lock after a sudden cold snap today. Martin of 24hr Doc4Locks responded immediately to our call and had the troublesome hinge alignments sorted in no time.
