Best coffee in town by a long shot. Good array of instruments and gear that vary in cost from beginner friendly to professional use. Lots of merch like clothing, pins, keyrings and all that fun stuff. Also sells a nice variety of vinyls. Highly recommend popping in here just to grab a coffee and have a browse around.

So me and my wife recently bought a Vinyl player and realized it didn't come with speakers. We went over to Music & Bean (for the first time) and asked if they had some speakers. The lovely gentleman spent time with us making sure that the speakers we got were the correct ones for us. Really went out of his way to make sure we got the correct item. Had a lovely chat with him. Highly recommend coming here.

This is one of those shops that makes a town better. Knowledge and expertise is second to none. The range of products is phenomenal. It’s a welcoming social space for local music or coffee lovers. I recently purchased a bass and amp from here after Terry sold my Strat for me. Can’t fault a thing. Excellent service every time. Highly recommended.

Extremely good tea- loose leaf. My husband enjoyed looking at the guitars and vinyls whilst I sat and had a tea & muffin outside. The owner (I presume) was so kind- he even run after me as my little boy had left his water bottle behind. We actually drove just under an hour on holiday to visit the town as my Husband wanted to visit this shop- well worth it :)

Amazing (little in size outside but like a Tardis inside... Great amount/variety of stock) ... music and coffee shop. Guitars, mandolins, ukes, percussion, strings, accessories, clothes and vinyl. My son found a couple of guitars he hadn't expected to see. Friendly owner, happy to set my son up with the guitar he fell for and left to try out upstairs. We did buy the guitar and it's flight case. We didn't get to try the coffee and cakes this time but maybe when we are back down again. Well worth a visit.

Great coffee, great music. Stumbled across this wonderful coffee and music shop when visiting Okehampton on bikes. The coffee was great. Finding a coffee shop with a fantastic collection of vinyl music for sale, as well as musical instruments, added cream on top.

Loved the experience today, arrived abit early from a long drive and Terry was very accommodating. Great shop very mellow vibe and good selection of all guitars and accessories . Terry set up an area upstairs for me to try out a few and I ended up leaving with a Gretsch Bass. Very happy chappy

I came all the way from Sheffield to buy a guitar that Terry had in on commission. The whole experience was very enjoyable. After I'd decided to make the purchase I spent most of the day drinking tea and talking to Terry who is a very knowledgeable and experienced guitar repairman. The shop stocks mostly well made budget acoustic guitars and ukuleles with a few Fender electrics and some higher priced instruments sold on comission second hand. The selection of now discontinued Fender picks alone is worth making a visit to the shop for . I found a few I've been on the lookout for for a long time. I don't drink coffee but the loose leaf mint tea I was drinking was excellent. As a cafe it makes for a great local community space. I would encourage you to make a visit.

The best coffee I've had in a long while. Even got a quick lesson in how to improve my own barista skills.. central location, great atmosphere and some cool music gear for sale

Super chill place to get a nice hot drink and talk about music. Super nice owner that can answer any questions or queries and has lots of interesting things to say. Lots to look at and buy, whilst having a lush coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Still developing the top floor into an acoustic guitar section of the store and I am very excited to see how it turns out! The coolest place in Okehampton.
