Bad service. Order deadlines are not met. They don’t say the details of the order, they can send half of the order.

My word how this company has declined regarding customer services lately. Zero technical advice any more and extremely poor delivery times. I use different companies whenever I possible can.

Failed to deliver the items as per the published lead times. When asked for an update, advised it would be dispatched the next day. 2 hours later receive a further update of a 3 week delay in delivery, no explanation. Just 'updated lead time, apologies'.

Totally professional and friendly service, extremely impressed with the customer service and the product I received. A true please to deal with. Thank you Rob.
