Fantastic service from these guys. Bought a pair of Skechers waterproof shoes last August. Not heavily used due to an injury and our wonderful winter. However they started leaking and then just came apart. Contacted Ashley at the shop to ask if there was anything they could do, and got a new pair a week later. No quibbling, Really impressive.
