Fantastic experience with the Okehampton team last night after our local pharmacy had closed. I was desperate to get some antibiotics for my son’s nasty chest infection following a late GP appointment. Will and the team (sorry I forgot the name of the lovely lady who also helped) were wonderful. They went above and beyond to find a creative solution so I could get the prescription dispensed there and then and avoid delaying the start of treatment. I was particularly anxious as my son has an existing condition I was worried could be impacted by his infection and they understood my concerns. Thank you so much!

I visited to get help for bacterial infection as I was struggling to even get a call back from our doctors, the pharmacist was incredibly helpful and friendly and the service was so quick and I felt so looked after and I managed to get everything I needed to recover. I have also visited with my toddler when she was ill to get some medicine and the staff made her feel so happy and included even though she was poorly. I would highly recommend.

I was offered a free blood pressure check which resulted in a high reading and the free loan of a 24 hour monitor confirming that medication was needed to reduce my BP. This pharmacy is amazing - such kind, caring and thoughtful staff. Such an asset to our town.

I went for treatment for a minor medical condition and was sorted within a few minutes. The pharmacist explained everything he was doing, and how the process worked. Handy to know that they have an online booking system, and any appointments requiring treatment are logged on your medical records at the health centre. First class service.

Went to pharmacy to make appointment for blocked ears. Pharmacist said there had been a cancellation so he could deal with them straight away. He syringed both ears - so good to be able to hear again. Excellent service - can’t rate them highly enough.

Had trouble with my hearing and managed to book an appointment for microsuction within 40 minutes. Super easy and now I can hear properly again. Great service!

Superb experience with Will at PharmaDerma. He was professional from start to finish. I went in for an ear microsuction, and he calmly and efficiently removed the wax and suggested effective further treatment for blocked tubules. Couldn't recommend PharmaDerma and Will enough. A slick and friendly service.

We called in to buy strongest over-the-counter painkillers for back pain. Pharmacist spent time asking and checking relevant medical history and current prescription drugs and advised against what we had requested, recommending instead something else to manage the pain - very successfully as it turned out. I went to have both my ears assessed by camera then returned by appt.for the removal of excessive wax with safer, dry microsuction precision by one of the PharmaDerma Pharmacist Will who offers a Hearing service weekly in Okehampton. I'd recommend this safe, reasonably priced and conveniently local service.
